Refunds & Returns
All items sold on this site are used unless stated otherwise. New items may be available at additional cost and may or may not be in original packing. All new items carry a manufacturers warranty through the Prolockrepair.com website. All used items carry a 30-day warranty if defective. No items are available for a refund after 30 days from the date of receiving the item. All exterior wall readers sold at special repair price require a core.You must send us your old reader as a core in order to receive the special repair price. All customers who fail to send the core as agreed will be charged an additional $350.00 charge.
If you are returning a product please contact us before returning. No items are available for a refund after 30 days from the date of receiving the item. There is a 30% restocking fee for all returned items that are not defective. All special order products that are not damaged or defective are not eligible for return or refund. If an item is returned with missing parts you will be charged an additional 50% return fee. You are responsible for the shipping cost.
Prolockrepair.com ships products to locations within the U.S. and U.S. territories. We also ship to Canada and Mexico. We currently do not ship to any other international locations at this time. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise purchased on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. If an item is damaged during shipping please contact us immediately. You must initiate the process, and we will try to help all we can to resolve the issue. All items are tested before shipping. Prolockrepair charges sales tax for new merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate at the location to which the order is being shipped.
